What does a baby need ?

Turning 21 weeks in 2 days so it's time to start making list for what we need to get for the baby and me, of course. The list below is based on my research and definitely not finalized. I'm blank when it comes to baby's needs.  I mean, how many is enough ? And when does the baby wear short sleeves or long sleeves. So please, if you have any suggestions or tips please do let me know. I'll update here.
